Rick Stelnick’s education consists of certificates and degrees in Political Science & Government, Business Administration & Management and Music Composition & Production. His employment, experience and expertise includes, but is not limited to, working with Non-Governmental Organizations and Non-Profit Organizations, with and/or without ECOSOC consultative status, within both the private and public sectors of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Turkey, and the United States of America.

Rick Stelnick is a former executive officer; with links and ties to Washington, D.C., New York City, Moscow, London, and Istanbul. Global executive officers are experts and specialists in academics and industry who are sent abroad and serve overseas collecting information on behalf of and gathering intelligence to the benefit of United States special interest groups.

Rick Stelnick is an alumnus of Brooklyn Technical High School [BTHS] and the City University of New York [CUNY York College] with certificates and degrees in Political Science and Government & Business Administration and Management. His employment and experience includes, but is not limited to, working with Non-Governmental Organizations [NGOs] and Non-Profit Organizations [NPOs], with and without ECOSOC consultative status, within both the private and public sectors of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Turkey, and the United States of America.

Rick has had the honor of being a guest speaker [“Building Bridges of Brotherhood and Business Between the Russian Federation, the Republic of Turkey and the United States of America”] at Moskóvskiy Gosudárstvennyy Universitét Imeni M. V. Lomonósova  [Moscow, Russia], [“Heritage, Tragedy and Conspiracy”] at İstanbul Üniversitesi [Istanbul, Turkey] and [“Delicate Detente”] at William Paterson University [New Jersey, U.S.A.].

Rick says: “A political scientist has the task to research, as much as is humanly possible, what he or she is investigating. He or she cannot be content with just outward appearances and must inquire as to motives and means as well. A political scientist must have an ability to spot the importance of what appears on the surface to be insignificant. Then take those threads of belief and information, and stitch and sew them into the fabric of meaningful knowledge – which is, after all, what makes the hunt worthwhile”.

He has also been a member of the Friends of the Smithsonian, the Society of Civil War Historians, the Surratt Society, and also belongs to one of the largest minority groups in the United States: people with disabilities. He’s authored, as an American Affairs and American History Feature Writer, over six dozen academic articles, including There’s Spirits Mingling In Heaven With The Godly, which appeared in the January and February 2010 issues of The Surratt Courier.Additionally, his critically acclaimed composition Cold Case: Wrestling Angels, Demons & Writers Block was entered into the National Gallery of Writing hosted by the National Council of Teachers of English on July 8, 2011.

In addition, he’s previously penned a pair of prior pedagogic periodicals: The Confederate Veteran: A New Southern Man? [1974] and Skill Sets Of U.S. Grant[1999]. His new book Dixie Reckoning: A Reassessment Of The Lincoln Assassination & Lost Confederate Treasury is set to be published by  Progressive Press in the Fall/Winter of 2011.
