About Melika Jenkins
M.A. Jenkins holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Lehigh University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Seton Hall University. She mentors at-risk youth who are in danger of falling throught the cracks, and teaches Sociology courses at high schools and community colleges. Ms. Jenkins is an analyst who breaks down complex social problems to highlight how social groups and institutions can create, prevent or solve social problems. She possess extensive experience in the areas of education, research, at-risk youth, child protection services, and public health. Ms. Jenkins currently works as a Project SUCCESS Mentor and Adjunct Sociology Professor.
