Can Apple Continue to Compete?
There is a constant need to introduce new technology.
The late Apple CEO, Steve Jobs, managed to pull the company up after years of falling behind Microsoft. Jobs, who died in 2011, gave the consumer products that they never realized that they needed.
However, since Jobs’ death, new CEO Tim Cook has struggled to remain the top of the competition.
In addition to competition struggles, Apple’s new products are becoming more expensive to produce, which means the consumer pays more.
When other companies are bringing in smartphones and computers for much less, it begs the question as to whether Apple will survive its latest challenges. In the battle between low prices and high quality, the consumer will be the final judge.
